Naruto OC ladies in Dresses

Th emore presise term for the type of dress is a Cocktail Dress, and i got bored so YAY They In Dresses . . . . yea. Also my charater Hotaru is colored in, you can't see the color of her eyes very well but its a deep Blueishy Purple color. and i kinda messed up on the legs a little but oh well ^.^'
